DI Resin – Deionisation Resin for 0 TDS Water

DI Resin is a high-performance deionisation media designed to reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in water to 0, producing highly purified water for applications where mineral-free water is essential.

The resin is commonly used as the final purification stage after a Reverse Osmosis (RO) system. An RO membrane typically removes 90%+ of Total Dissolved Solids, after which DI Resin removes the remaining dissolved ions to achieve a 0 TDS reading.

DI Resin is particularly suitable for Water Fed Pole window cleaning systems, where 0 TDS water helps provide a clean, spot-free finish without mineral deposits. It is also widely used for dental equipment, fish keeping and aquariums, laboratory applications, as well as a variety of commercial and professional water purification systems where very low or zero TDS water is required.

The resin is easy to use in suitable refillable DI vessels and cartridges and can be used as part of both standalone and RO/DI purification systems. As the resin becomes exhausted through use, it should be replaced to maintain the required water purity and 0 TDS performance.
